Q: My husband and I are in our mid-50s, childless and retired with substantial assets, including two homes (primary residence and beach home). We also have retirement savings upward of $1 million. We're going around in circles about how to do our wills. . . .I had actually considered this idea while sitting in the back of property class. I guess that is as close as law students can get to the hypochondriac phase of medical and psych students.

i personally if i died first give everything to my fiancee, and vice versa, but with a codicil saying, if we both are gone, things are to be sold houses and made into a trust fund that would give money to charities, so they could get money year after year rather than all at once and then thats it.
